The "WF-2000" is a pre-setup system for surface grinding machines using a camera. By utilizing a special optical system, it has become possible to capture the focus of the tip of cylindrical shapes that were difficult to image (out of focus) and recognize the edge of the grinding wheel! Additionally, the tip position of a positioning gauge set in advance within the camera's field of view can be understood in the coordinate system of the processing machine.
